General Information

Even though the system offers endless possibilities, there are couple of things that you should not do for your own good.

  1. No fighting/combat of any kind in the High Heavens and Hell nor anywhere on the EC Sim. This means no attacking of any kind with the A&D HUD or any other HUD games or systems while on the EC Sim. The EC sim is a COMPLETE safe-zone.
  2. There can be no rules, punishment, and/or official complaint for an attack that comes from the opposite species, or from an arranged event by Sators or those within an officially declared conflict by Leaders (Chieftains/Cardinals).
  3. Do not reveal to a mortal that you or anyone else is/was feeding from them, unless you are in the process to descend/transcend them.
  4. You are allowed to sell your backpack items ONLY on the Marketplace.You are free to give away those items but if you are selling them they must go on the Marketplace. Also you can sell our other products such as blood tanks and etc but you must rez them and place them for sale so that the buyer can directly buy the product we do not want to hear any complaints like "I bought a blood tank and the person never gave it to me."
  5. Do not modify or cover any of the system objects especially to make them look like the items that we change the color of, add glow, etc (generally modified) as a prize such as the Core Object tools (For example: glowing hatchets, pickaxes, chisels; color changed hatchets, pickaxes, chisels, etc). It is not fair to those that earn those from us as prizes.

The Eternal Conflict™: Angels and Demons is a system created by Lhinovanion & Tasha Helcaraxe, under L&T Designs Brand in the meta-verse of SecondLife. Eternal Conflict is a system that is mixed with both Role-play and Combat. This is an invite only system, as the Angels & Demons roam the mortal realms unnoticed, only to transcend/descend those that seem worthy to join in this Eternal Conflict. This is a free to play system and though there are many products and fancy gadgets that you can buy if you wish to, the system itself is free. The main focus in EC is this war that has been going on between Angels and Demons for as long as The Fire Angel fell from the High Heavens. They struggle to control the mortal realm while keeping their existence a myth from them. The demons seek to bring chaos to the realm of mortals while the angels seek to form order and peace. This ongoing struggle has left both sides desperate and they seek to build their numbers by transcending and descending mortals to join in their fight. The mortals with tainted and cursed souls seek to aid the Demons and help them build and win this war once and for all, while those that are pure and blessed seek to bring peace to the realm by siding with the Angels. The way that EC is structured is each subclass of both Angels & Demons are controlled by the Archangel or Arch-demon of that specific subclass. No Archangel nor Arch-demon will be of the same subclass. In the Eternal Conflict™: Angels and Demons, the subclasses of Angels are referred to as Domains, that of Demons is referred to as Legions. The Archangels lead choirs of angels to aide in battle, while Arch-demons command hordes of demons.

If you are interested in joining the system you can visit the SIM. You will have to be transcended or descended by a current member of the system, on the SIM you are sure to find some current members. You can either become enlightened and join the ranks of Angels or give in to your carnal desires and descend as a Demon, which side will you chose?

The Sators

What are their roles?

Lhinovanion and Tasha Helcaraxe are the creators and developers of Eternal Conflict™: Angels and Demons. They are partnered and married in real life as well as on SecondLife. They decided to create A&D in March of 2015 due to their love for Angels and Demon Lore, striving to make the system diverse and open to many play styles, whether a role-play or combat approach. Lhinovanion (The Prime Evil) is the overlord of all demons. Tasha (The Empyrean Reaper) is the mentor of all angels. One is the champion of Darkness while the other is a champion of the Light.

What are Blood/Brightness Tanks?

Blood tanks and brightness containers are used to store blood and brightness. The blood tanks are for those that are Demons, while the brightness containers are for those that are Angels. These tanks & containers can be set to either Owner access only or to group access.

Cryonics/Resting Capsules

What are Cryonics/Resting Capsules?

The cryonics and resting capsules are for those that wish to go into "hibernation". Only one body can fit in a capsule, this means that once a body is in a capsule no one else can "hibernate" in that specific capsule. There are 4 options for hibernating, they go as follows:
    Option 1 (300L$): Skill Drop Freeze, No aging, No light erg/essence gain, No protection
    Option 2 (1000L$): Skill Drop Freeze, Aging, No light erg/essence gain, No protection
    Option 3 (2500L$): Skill Drop Freeze, Aging, No light erg/essence gain, Protection
    Option 4 (6000L$): Skill Drop Freeze, Aging, Light erg/essence gain, Protection
Demonic Essence/Light Erg Depositories

What are Demonic Essence/Light Erg Depositories?

Essence and Erg Depositories are used to store Demonic Essences and Light Ergs. The essence depositories are for Demonic use only and the Light Ergs are for Angelic use only. These depositories work in a similar fashion as the blood tank and brightnesscontainers, but instead they will take ergs and essences off of your scan. This is ideal for those that do not wish to lose their essences and ergs when they fall and die in battle. These depositories can be set to either Owner mode of Group access mode.

Possession Altar/Restoration Chamber

What are Possession Altar/Restoration Chamber?

The possession altar and restoration chambers are you to revive banished demons and faded angels. When a demon becomes banished they will need to sit in the possession altar and have another demon revive them so that they can return to a materialized state. The demon that is reviving the banished demon will have to sacrifice 2 demonic essences in order to complete the revival. When an angel becomes faded they will need to sit in the restoration chambers and have another angel revive them so that they can return to a vibrant state. The angel that is reviving the faded angel will have to sacrifice 2 light ergs in order to complete the revival.

How to Meditate?

#Go to Heaven or Hell depending on your species (Click the appropriate LM above it will take you to the correct place).
#Find and sit on a Meditation Rug/Cocoon.
#You will automatically begin meditating which it will tell you in local. You will continue to meditate until you stand up or you have reached the limit for that 24 hour period.
#If you click the rug it will tell you in local how long you have been meditating, how much ergs/essence you have earned in that session, and also how much ergs/essences you have earned within the 24 hour period.
● Meditation Skill (visible on scan)
0-20% you gain 0.1% every minute
After 20% the skill gain is not guaranteed and becomes harder and harder to gain skill as you move up the skill tree.
The higher your meditation skill the more ergs/essences you will gain in a minute.

Professions

Alchemy is the main skill that allows you to make potions and Herbalism is the side skill to gather reagents from Nightshade and Mandrake Root plants that are currently placed in Heaven and Hell.

All your skills start from 0.0% and can be increased till 100.0% by practicing on gathering reagents and making potions. Your skills will be increasing by 0.1% every time you gain a skill point. Even if you fail, you still have a chance to get a skill gain since you will be failing a lot at first.

Also every night at midnight SLT you will lose 0.1% Alchemy skill. Your Herbalism skill will not decrease at midnight. This will ensure that people are still actively working on their Alchemy and Herbalism skills, in order to continuously practice their skills. As they say practice makes perfect, if you do not practice your skills you will lose them.

There are also Profession titles, they are as follows:

►Neophyte Alchemist/Herbalist (0-30)
►Novice Alchemist/Herbalist (30-50)
►Apprentice Alchemist/Herbalist (50-60)
►Journeyman Alchemist/Herbalist (60-70)
►Expert Alchemist/Herbalist (70-80)
►Adept Alchemist/Herbalist (80-90)
►Master Alchemist/Herbalist (90-98)
►Grandmaster Alchemist/Herbalist (98-100)

1. Alchemy

Alchemy is designed as a profession that you can make different kinds of potions to use within Eternal Conflict: Angels & Demons system.

With the Alchemy skill, there are currently 2 main potions that you can make by using reagents: Mana Potions and Heal potions.

There are labs in Hell and Heaven where you can find the Alchemy Tables that you will be using to practice on your Alchemy skill and make potions but of course there is a chance of failing.

It is hard to increase your Alchemy skill and your success rate depends on your skill percentage.

1. Mana Potions: As every player knows our HUDs use Mana as your energy to fight and it has a regeneration rate that fills your Mana up in time. With Mana Potions you will be able to gain mana by drinking them.

  • But remember, you can only drink 10 mana potions every day.

There are 3 qualities of mana potions: Lesser, Normal and Greater.

a. Lesser Mana Potion: Making:

   Alchemy Skill needed: 0.0%
   Reagent needed to make: 1 Nightshade
   Reagent lost on fail: None

Drinking:

   Mana gain: 20 to 30
   

b. Normal Mana Potion: Making:

   Alchemy Skill needed: 40.0%
   Reagent needed to make: 2 Nightshade
   Reagent lost on fail: 1 Nightshade

Drinking:

   Mana gain: 40 to 60
   

c. Greater Mana Potion: Making:

   Alchemy Skill needed: 80.0%
   Reagent needed to make: 5 Nightshade
   Reagent lost on fail: 2 Nightshade

Drinking:

   Mana gain: 60 to 100
   

2. Heal Potions: In EC:A&D you have to watch your health(Brightness/Blood) to stay materialized or vibrant, this is where the Heal potions come in handy. You can gain a certain amount of health by drinking these potions.

  • But remember, you can only drink 3 heal potions every day.

Like Mana potions there are 3 qualities of heal potions: Lesser, Normal and Greater.

a. Lesser Heal Potion: Making:

   Alchemy Skill needed: 0.0%
   Reagent needed to make: 1 Mandrake Root
   Reagent lost on fail: None

Drinking:

   Health gain: 200 to 300
   

b. Normal Heal Potion: Making:

   Alchemy Skill needed: 40.0%
   Reagent needed to make: 2 Mandrake Root
   Reagent lost on fail: 1 Mandrake Root

Drinking:

   Health gain: 400 to 600
   

c. Greater Heal Potion: Making:

   Alchemy Skill needed: 80.0%
   Reagent needed to make: 5 Mandrake Root
   Reagent lost on fail: 2 Mandrake Root

Drinking:

   Health gain: 600 to 1000
   

3. StoneSkin Potion - Increases your armor points by 15% for 10 minutes. - Not assignable to potion slot but is usable through the backpack. Making

   Alchemy Skill needed: 90.0%
   Reagent needed to make: 5 Blood Moss
   Reagent lost on fail: 2

4. Ink - An item needed to be able to write scrolls. - Not a potion. Making:

   Alchemy Skill needed 40.0%
   Reagent needed to make: 2 Nightshade 1 Mandrake Root
   Reagent lost on fail: 0
   

When you start practicing your Alchemy, you won't be able to see Normal or Greater potions on the menu that pops up when you click the Alchemy Table. So that means you will be trying to make Lesser quality potions at first.

When you reach 40.0% Alchemy, you won't be gaining any more skills by making Lesser quality potions and you have to switch to making Normal quality potions but you will success on making Lesser quality potions more than you fail.

Same goes for the Greater quality potions. When you reach 80.0% Alchemy skill, you will not gain any more skills by making Normal quality potions. Greater quality will be the only option to gain skills.

When you make Ink you can gain skills all the way up to 100%

Making StoneSkin Potions can increase your skill gain all the way up to 100%

When you max your Alchemy skill which is 100.0% you will almost always succeed on making any kinds of potions.



2. Herbalism

Herbalism skill helps you gather(pick up/harvest) Reagents that you need to make potions using the Alchemy skill. Since there are 3 potions(Mana, Heal, and Stoneskin) there are three kinds of reagents you can gather by using Herbalism skill.

a. Nightshade : Used to make Mana Potions. b. Mandrake Root: Used to make Heal Potions. c. Blood Moss: Used to make Stoneskin Potions.

We placed Nightshade, Mandrake Roots, and Blood Moss all around the Heaven and Hell and also a Reagent Vendors where you can buy those reagents but you will not be gaining any Herbalism skill if you decide to buy them.

Like in Alchemy skill, your success rate depends on your skill percentage.

To gather a reagent, you have to be within 5 meters range to the reagent and you cannot attempt to gather two different reagents at the same time.

The gathering process will last 10 seconds and you will be able to see the countdown on top of the Reagent plant you are attempting to gather.

When your Herbalism skill reaches to 80.0% you will have a chance to get 2 reagents from the same plant. At 90.0% that chance will double.

►What is the benefit of Blacksmithing and Mining?

The main benefit of blacksmithing and mining is that when you successfully make an armor it will decrease the damage that you take while in combat. Iron armors have the least defense and are the "easiest" armor to make, while Blackrock armors have the most defense and are the hardest to make (the rarest). Also note that each armor piece has its own armor value, having the full set is always better than having only a few pieces.

►Can I mix armors (such as wearing Iron boots and Copper chest)?

Yes you can mix armors. Each piece has their own armor effect.

►Skill Decay

Every night you will lose only 0.1% of your Blacksmithing. The Mining skills will not decrease at midnight.

►Can I buy ores?

The only ores that will be for sale in the vendors are Iron ores (20L$ per ore) and Copper ores (30L$ per ore). The other 4 ores (Valorite, Mythril, Bloodrock, and Blackrock) will not be for sale, you will have to pick those on your own. This is mainly because these armors will give you a great advantage in combat and to gain such a great advantage you must work and mine the ores on your own.

►Can I buy Ingots?

No there will be no Ingots for sale. You can buy Iron and Copper ores which you will then need to go to the forge to smelt them into Ingots. Note: Ingots are what you will need to make armors.

►Can I transfer my Ores and Ingots?

Yes you can transfer your Ores and Ingots, but only to the same species as yourself.

►Can I transfer my Armors?

Yes, you can transfer the armors via the backpack, but only to the same species as yourself. You MUST BE WEARING THE ARMOR TO GET THE ARMOR EFFECTS (I really want to stress that).


● Skill Gain

All your skills start from 0.0% and can be increased till 100.0% by mining ores, smelting ores into ingots, and making armors & weapons. Your skills will be increasing by 0.1% every time you gain a skill point. There is a 1/10 chance to gain 0.2% skill points. Even if you fail, you still have a chance to gain skill points.

Mining Ores & Smelting Ingots counts towards your Mining Skill. Creating Armors & Weapons counts towards your Blacksmith Skill.

Gain 0.1% Skill or chance to gain 0.2% Skill. You can gain ores but not gain skill points. When you go up in skill level you will have a higher chance to get the rare ores.

If you have low mining skill and you attempt to smelt high level ores your chance to gain skill points will be higher.

For example: If I am at 30% skill level and get copper ores and attempt to smelt it, I will have a chance to gain more skill points than if I were to smelt iron.


BACKPACK HUD
►This updated Backpack HUD works the same as the first Backpack HUD. The main difference is as follows:
   - The addition of Blacksmithing & Mining buttons and percentages.
           1) Blacksmithing button (B.Smith):
               - When you have your "Smith's Hammer" attached to your avatar and are at the Anvils preparing to make armors or weapons you may press this button.
               - It will pop up a menu that you will follow in order to make your desired armors or weapons
           2) Mining button:
               - When you have your "Pickaxe" attached to your avatar and are next to the Mining Spawns (the rocks that you will mine ores from) you may click this button.
               - It will automatically begin mining the Ores from the Mining Spawn (make sure that you are within 3 meters of the Mining Spawn and facing it)
   - It will only display the items that you currently have. 
   - 2 new picture icons. The first being Ores and the second being Ingots
   - New Poll system. With the new poll system whenever we have a question that we would like to ask the general population you will see a "New Poll" icon pop up on your HUD. You will need to click the icon and a menu will pop up asking you a question and provide you with choices to chose from. 
   -Armors Button (located on the bottom of the HUD directly under the potions and near the herbalism button). When you press this "Armors" button it will pop up a menu asking you which piece of armor you wish to hide/show. In that menu you can also check the durability of your armors. 

MINING SKILL

Forge (smelting ores into ingots) & Pickaxe (mining ores) count towards your mining skill.

● Pickaxe (mining ores)

► Mining Spawns The mining spawns are what you will mine ores from. The way the mining spawn works is you have to be within 3 meters of the spawn and facing it. The good thing about these spawns is that MORE THAN ONE PERSON CAN USE THEM AT THE SAME TIME, therefore there will be no "He stole my ores" and etc.

If you click the mining button on your backpack you will automatically start mining instead of having to click the pickaxe directly.. Simply go in-front of a mining spawn within 3 meters (make sure you are facing the spawn) and click the mining button on the Backpack HUD and you will automatically start mining.

    • The mining times will be randomized. It can be anywhere from 5 seconds to 15 seconds.**

► Skill Percentages & Chances

0% - Iron or no ores. 30% - Copper, Iron, or no ores. 60% - Valorite, Copper, Iron, or no ores. 80% - Mythril, Valorite, Copper, Iron, or no ores. 90% - Bloodrock, Mythril, Valorite, Copper, Iron, or rare chance to get no ores. 100% - Lunarsteel, Blackrock, Bloodrock, Mythril, Valorite, Copper, Iron, or rare chance to get no ores.

● Forge (smelting ores into ingots) 1 Ore = 1 Ingot

In order to smelt Ores into Ingots you must go to a Forge. Make sure that you are within 3 meters of the forge. Click the forge and the forge will have a 20 second timer to ready the forge (heat it up). After the 20 second timer you will now be able to use the forge. Click the forge and a menu will pop up. You can select which metal type that you currently have in your backpack that you would like to smelt into an ingot. You will either succeed or fail, either way a 5 second timer will begin reheating the forge, then you may continue smelting.

Once someone is using a forge no one will be able to use that specific forge until the person that the forge is set to (It will display a float text of who is currently using a specific forge) moves out of the range of the forge. All in all no one will be able to use your forge until you are finished with it.

► Skill Percentages & Chances

Iron, Copper, & Valorite 0% - 1/5 chance 10% - 1/4 chance 20% - 1/3 chance 40% - 1/2 chance 100% - Never fail

Mythril, Bloodrock Blackrock, & Lunarsteel 0% - 1/8 chance 10% - 1/7 chance 20% - 1/6 chance 30% - 1/5 chance 50% - 1/4 chance 98% - 1/3 chance 100% - 1/2 chance


BLACKSMITHING SKILL

Attempting to craft items (armors and weapons) will increase your blacksmithing skill.

    • NOTE: You can only make armors & weapons from Ingots, not from Ores. You will have to smelt the ores that you mine and turn them into Ingots using the forge before you can make armors**

► Skill Percentages to make items from each metal type. Iron: at 0.0% Copper: at 30.0% Valorite: at 60.0% Mythril: at 80.0% Bloodrock: at 90.0% Blackrock: at 100.0% Lunarsteel at 100.0%

●Armors (comes in MALE & FEMALE versions) ►Basic Armors (no copy, no modify, TRANSFER)

    • NOTE: You will have to wear the armors in order to get the added armor bonus.**
    • Note: If you transfer your armors to another person they will now have the armor points that go with that armor because the armor bonus only gets added to your scan when you are wearing the armors.**

   ►Armor Durability
       - The way armor durability works is if you are WEARING the armor for a time period of 1 week it will go to 0% durability. When it is a 0% durability you will have to repair the armors.
       ►Repair Costs
           1) Chest (Takes 15 Ingots)
           2) Leggings (Takes 9 Ingots)
           3) Boots (Takes 6 ingots)
           4) Gauntlets (Takes 4 Ingots)
           5) Shoulder (Pauldrons) (Takes 2 Ingots)
           
       **NOTE: The durability will not decrease if you are not wearing the armor or if you are logged off.**
       
       -You can check your armors durability by pressing the "Armors" button on your Backpack HUD, then select "Durability" from the menu.
            
   ► If you FAIL
       1) Chest (Lose 20 Ingots)
       2) Leggings (Lose 10 Ingots)
       3) Boots (Lose 7 ingots)
       4) Gauntlets (Lose 5 Ingots)
       5) Shoulder (Pauldrons) (Lose 3 Ingots)
      

► Weapons (non-scripted has no effects; for display; a way to help increase your blacksmithing skill since it takes a fewer ingots than armor pieces) (no copy, no modify, TRANSFER)

   **Note: You can only make weapons out of Iron Ingots**
   
   ► Skill Percentages to make weapons
   Knife will give you Blacksmithing Skill between 0.0% to 50.0%.

After 50.0% you have to practice with Daggers till your Blacksmithing Skill is 70.0%. Then you have to practice with crafting Longswords till 98.0%. After that you can gain Blacksmithing Skills only by crafting actual armors till 100.0%.

   ► If you SUCCEED
       1) Longsword (Takes 6 Ingots)

●Anvil (Smith's Hammer) (making Armors & Weapons) The Anvils are what you will use to make armors & weapons. The way the anvil works is you have to be within 3 meters of the anvil and facing it. The good thing about these anvils is that MORE THAN ONE PERSON CAN USE THEM AT THE SAME TIME.

If you click the Blacksmith (B.Smith) button on your backpack HUD you will get a menu. Pick the appropriate options depending on what you would like to make. Once you have made the selection of what you want to make you will automatically start crafting the selected piece. For this to work make sure that you go in-front of an anvil within 3 meters (make sure you are facing the anvil).

If you successfully create an armor it will take the appropriate amount of Ingots for that specific armor or weapon piece and you can now go to the Item Delivery Kiosk to collect your armor or weapon piece.

● Item Delivery Kiosk

In order to collect your armor that you have successfully crafted you will need to go to the "Item Delivery Kiosk" (It looks like a treasure chest). You will click the chest and a menu will pop up. The menu will show you all the armors & weapons you have successfully created and have not delivered to yourself. It will show 5 at a time.

For example:

Lets say that I successfully made 10 items and have not yet gotten them out of my chest. When I am ready to take them out I go to the delivery kiosk and press to get the menu. The menu will show me the last 5 things I created. Once I take out those items the rest of the items that I have made will then show up on the menu.

Everyone's max amount of daily drinkable mana potion has been increased to 10 instead of 6.

►What is the benefit of Lumberjacking, Inscription, and Magery?

The main benefit of Lumberjacking, Inscription, and Magery is that it will allow you to create scrolls to place into your spellbook. These spells can be used for combat along with your main HUD. There are offensive spells as well as offensive spells. There are also spells that you can cast on allies that would be beneficial to them. With these new spells it will add a new branch to the combat within Eternal Conflict. You will have to adjust your fighting styles to incorporate this new addition to fighting. You will also have to be careful not to cast beneficial spells to your enemies.

►Skill Decay

Every night you will lose only 0.1% of your Inscription and Magery skills. Lumberjacking will not decrease at midnight.

►Can I buy logs?

Yes the logs will sale (5L$ per log)

►Can I buy parchments?

The only parchments that will be for sale in the vendors are the Rank 1 Parchments (10L$ per parchment). The other 2 Ranks of parchments (P2 and P3) will not be for sale, you will have to make those on your own.

►Can I buy Spells?

No there will be no spells for sale. you will need to write the scrolls on your own.

►Can I transfer my logs and parchments?

Yes you can transfer your logs and parchments, but only to the same species as yourself.

►Can I transfer the scrolls for the spells that I make?

Yes, You may transfer spells via the Mailbox which you can find on the A&D Sim but only to your same species.


● Skill Gain All your skills start from 0.0% and can be increased till 100.0% by chopping trees to get logs, turning the logs into parchments, making inks, writing scrolls for each spell to place into your spell-book, and then finally casting/using the spells. Your skills will be increasing by 0.1% every time you gain a skill point. There is a 1/10 chance to gain 0.2% skill points. Even if you fail, you still have a chance to gain skill points.

Chopping trees for logs and turning the logs into parchments counts towards your Lumberjacking Skill.

Making Inks counts towards your Alchemy Skill.

Writing scrolls to place into your spell-book counts towards your Inscription Skill.

Casting the spells counts towards your Magery Skill.

Gain 0.1% Skill or chance to gain 0.2% Skill. You can gain logs but not gain skill points.


BACKPACK HUD

►This updated Backpack HUD works the same as the older Backpack HUD. The main difference is as follows:

   - The addition of Lumberjacking, Inscription, and Magery buttons and percentages.
           1) Lumberjacking button
               - When you have your "Hatchet" attached to your avatar and are near a Lumberjacking Spawn you may press this button.
               - It will automatically begin chopping the Lumberjacking Spawn (make sure that you are within 3 meters of the Lumberjacking Spawn and facing it)
           2) Inscription button:
               - When you sitting at the Inscription Desk you may click this button to get the menu.
               - It will pop up a menu and you simply just need to follow the menu and begin writing the scroll of the spell you wish to make.
   - It will only display the items that you currently have. 
   - 1 new picture icons. The picture icon is the 4th box in the backpack HUD and has a picture off ink, logs, and a parchment. 
   - There are new scroll buttons where you see the percentage that you have in each skill. It will only show a max of 4 skills at one time. Simply press the up/down scroll buttons to switch which skills you view.
   - New spell-book. When you click the book that says "Spells" on it, it will open up and you will see a book. In this spellbook you will be able o see how many scrolls of each spell you have. There are also scroll buttons that allow you to flip through the spell book. There are 3 pages of spells in the spell book and 4 spells on each page.
   - Shows how many potions you drank and the max limit you can drink for that day.

LUMBERJACKING SKILL

Hatchet (chopping trees to get logs) & Parchment Making Station (turning logs into parchments) count towards your Lumberjacking Skill.

● Hatchet (chopping trees to get logs)

► Lumberjacking Spawns The Lumberjacking spawns are what you will chop with the hatchet to get logs from. The way the Lumberjacking spawn works is you have to be within 3 meters of the spawn and facing it. The good thing about these spawns is that MORE THAN ONE PERSON CAN USE THEM AT THE SAME TIME, therefore there will be no "He stole my logs" and etc.

If you click the Lumberjacking button on your backpack you will automatically start chop the tree instead of having to click the hatchet directly.. Simply go in-front of a Lumberjacking spawn within 3 meters (make sure you are facing the spawn) and click the Lumberjacking button on the Backpack HUD and you will automatically start chopping the tree.

    • The chopping times will be randomized. It can be anywhere from 5 seconds to 15 seconds.**

► Skill Percentages & Chances

The higher your Lumberjacking percentage the less you will fail to get logs. When you are at 100% Lumberjacking there is only a small chance to fail.

● Parchment Making Station (turning logs into parchments) 1 log = 1 Parchment Rank 1 1 log + 2 Parchment Rank 1 = 1 Parchment Rank 2 1 log + 2 Parchment Rank 2 = 1 Parchment Rank 3

In order to turn logs into parchments you must go to a Parchment Making Station. Make sure that you sit on the Station (Simply right click the Station and press "Sit"). Click the Station and a menu will pop up. You can select which parchment Rank you wish to make.

You will either succeed or fail. - If you fail simply click the Station again and continue the process. - If you succeed you will see a wet Parchment appear on the rack of the station. It will say "Drying". The Parchment will take one minute to dry. While that parchment is drying you can simply click the Station again and select a parchment rank you wish to make while you wait for the other parchment to dry. Once a parchment is dry it will say "Dry" simply click the parchment that says "Dry" and it will disappear and go into your backpack. - You can only have a max of 8 parchments hanging on the rack at one time. If you have all 8 parchments still on the rack and you go to make another parchment and it is successful it will be lost because there is no room to hang it. So as a precaution simply pick up your parchments as they dry.

DO NOT stand up from the Parchment Making Station until you all of your parchments are dry and you pick them up into your backpack. If you get up while parchments are still hanging on the rack they will disappear and you will not get them back. As a suggestion, make sure that once a parchment dries that you pick it up right away just in case you crash because if you get off the Station it will be lost.

Once someone is using a Station no one will be able to use that specific Station until the person that the Station is set to (It will display a float text of who is currently using a specific Station) gets up from the Station. All in all no one will be able to use your Station until you are finished with it.

► Skill Percentages & Chances

The higher your skill level the more chance you have to not fail.


INSCRIPTION & MAGERY SKILL

● INSCRIPTION Attempting to write scrolls for each spell will increase your Inscription Skill

► In order to write scrolls you will need Parchments and Inks. Depending on what spell you want to write on the scroll will determine which Parchment Rank you will need.

► Inscription Desk (writing scrolls) 1 Parchment Rank 1 + 1 Ink = 1 First Circle Scroll (Harm, Poison, Reactive Armor, Cure) 1 Parchment Rank 2 + 1 Ink = 1 Second Circle Scroll (Energy Bolt, Dispel, Incognito, Protection) 1 Parchment Rank 3 + 1 Ink = 1 Third Circle Scroll (Flame Strike, Mana Vampire, Magic Protection, Paralyze)

The scrolls that you are able to write will depend both on your Inscription Skill and also your Magery Skill, but we will go into the specifics of that a bit later.

► To use the Inscription Desk simply sit on the chair and press the Inscription button on your Backpack HUD. A menu will pop up and you will see Cancel, Make Last, and depending on what level your Inscription and Magery Skill are you will see 1st Circle. If your Inscription and Magery Skills are high enough you will also see 2nd circle, and 3rd Circle. Press the circle of the scroll you want to make and then select which spell you want to write on the scroll. YOu will begin writing the scroll. The higher your inscription Skill the more you will succeed at writing your scrolls.

► Whenever you successfully write a scroll for a spell it will appear in the spellbook and update the number of scrolls that you have for that spell. There is no limit to how many scrolls you can write for any specific spell.

●MAGERY Attempting to cast spells will increase your Magery Skill

► In order to cast spells you will need to open your spell book. you must have written the scrolls for the spells and have them in your spell book to be able to attempt to cast a spell. In your spell book next to each spell you will see a number. If the number is 0 then that means you have no scrolls written for that spell.

► All spells cost Mana, some spells more than others when casted. Also note that we will be increasing the amount of mana potions that you can use daily from 6 to 10.

   - 1st Circle Spells
       1) Harm (20 mana)
       2) Poison (35 mana)
       3) Reactive Armor (50 mana)
       4) Cure (35 mana)
       
   - 2nd Circle Spells
       1) Energy Bolt (30 mana)
       2) Dispel (30 mana)

       4) Protection (60 mana)
       
   - 3rd Circle Spells
       1) Flame Strike (80 mana)
       2) Mana Vampire (10 mana)
       3) Magic Reflection (99 mana)

● Inscription & Magery These 2 skills are dependent on each other. In order to write a scroll for these skills here is a requirement of how high both your Inscription and Magery Skill should be.

       1) Cure (0% Inscription & Magery)
       2) Reactive Armor (10% Inscription & Magery)
       3) Harm (20% Inscription & Magery)
       4) Poison (30% Inscription & Magery)
       
   - 2nd Circle Spells
       1) Dispel (40% Inscription & Magery)
       2) Protection (50% Inscription & Magery)
       3) Energy Bolt (60% Inscription & Magery)
       4) Incognito (70% Inscription & Magery)
       
   - 3rd Circle Spells
       1) Magic Reflection (80% Inscription & Magery)
       2) Mana Vampire (90% Inscription & Magery)
       3) Flame Strike (98% Inscription & Magery)
       4) Paralyze (100% Inscription & Magery)

► Here I will explain what each skill does and if it is a self cast or only a target cast. Also note that when you cast spells that can be casted on others It will cast the spell on whomever you have targeted on your Main HUD. So be CAREFUL NOT TO CAST THOSE SPELLS TO YOUR ENEMY OR THEY WILL GET THE BENEFITS. You must be very careful who you have targeted when you cast these spells on someone else and that you are casting it to the correct person that is indeed your ally and not an enemy. If you want to cast a spell on yourself you must have no one targeted.

   - 1st Circle Spells
       1) Cure 
           -Can be casted on yourself or on others
           -Takes away the effects of being poisoned.
       2) Reactive Armor
           -Can be casted on yourself or on others 
           -The amount of armor points that you receive depends on your Magery skill. So if you have a low Magery skill you will get less armor than someone will high Magery skill. If you cast this spell on someone else the armor points they receive will depend on what their Magery skill is at not that of the caster.
           -Gives additional armor points
           -Lasts for 30 minutes.
           -This spell can be dispelled.
       3) Harm 
           -Can only be casted on others
           -Attacks the target and does damage.
       4) Poison 
           -Can only be casted on others.
           -Poisons the target and continuously takes health over a one minute period. Only the cure spell can take off the poison effect.
           -This spell can be dispelled.
       
   - 2nd Circle Spells
       1) Dispel 
           -Can be casted on yourself or on others
           -Takes away all the spell effects of the target or yourself.
           -If you dispel yourself successfully it will not only take off the negative spells on yourself but also all of the positive ones as well. 
       2) Protection (50% Inscription & Magery)
           -Can be casted on yourself or on others
           -The higher your Magery Skill the more times you will get a protection effect.
           -If protection triggers you will receive 0 damage. If it doesn't trigger you will be hit for the normal damage..
           -Lasts for 30 minutes
           -This spell can be dispelled.
       3) Energy Bolt (60% Inscription & Magery)
           -Can only be casted on others.
           -Deals damage to the target.
       4) Incognito (70% Inscription & Magery)
           -Can only be casted on yourself.
           -Allows you to look scan as a mortal and removes you from the prying eyes of perception.
           -If someone recognizes you though they can still attack you like normal.
           -Lasts for 30 minutes. 
           -This spell can be dispelled.
       
   - 3rd Circle Spells
       1) Magic Reflection (80% Inscription & Magery)
           -Can be casted on yourself or on others.
           -Once casted on yourself or on others it will reflect the first successful spell that was casted on you. Once it reflects the spell successfully the magic reflection will go away.
           -Lasts for 30 minutes if you dont reflect any damage.
           -This spell can be dispelled.
       2) Mana Vampire (90% Inscription & Magery)
           -Can only be casted on others.
           -Drains all of the mana of your target.
       3) Flame Strike (98% Inscription & Magery)
           -Can only be casted on others.
           -Deals damage to the target.
       4) Paralyze (100% Inscription & Magery)
           -Can only be casted on others.
           -Freezes the HUDs of your opponent for 45 seconds. During that time your opponent will not be able to use their HUDs.
           -This spell can be dispelled but not by the one that is paralyzed but by an ally or mistakenly by a foe.
Those are all the spells for now.

With this release there will be 3 added skills Chiseling, Gemcutting, and Jewelcrafting. Also there is a newly updated Backpack HUD to view and manage your items that are related to all your professions.

      • Added Epic Craftsman Achievement & Title: Maxing all 10 Profession Skills to 100% - 50 Relics the first time you reach this achievement ***
    • Legendary Artisan is reached when the first 7 Profession Skills (not including chiseling, gemcutting, and jewelcrafting) are atleast 98-100% (Note: they need to all be at the same percentages for this title. so for example all 7 of those skills at 98% or all 7 of them at 99.7% and so forth.) **

►What is the benefit of Chiseling, Gemcutting, and Jewelcrafting? The main benefit of Chiseling, Gemcutting, and Jewelcrafting is that it will allow you to make jewelry such as rings, pendants, and bracelets along with gemstones to imbue in such jewelry that will give you special bonuses such as increased damage, increased mana regen rate, increased chance to get perfect gemstones, increased effect of heal potions, and possibly more bonuses/added effects in the future.

►Skill Decay Every night you will lose only 0.1% of your Gemcutting and Jewelcrafting skill. The Chiseling skill will not decrease at midnight.

►Can I buy Crystals? The only crystal that will be for sale in the vendors are Citrine (30L$ per crystal). The other 3 crystals (Ruby, Onyx, and Diamond) will not be for sale, you will have to pick those on your own. This is mainly because these crystals once turned into gemstones will give you a great bonus in combat and to gain such a great bonus you must work and chisel the crystals on your own.

►Can I buy Gemstones? No there will be no gemstones for sale. You can buy Citrine crystals which you will then need to go to the gemcutting table to turn into gemstones. Note: Gemstones are what you will need to imbue within your jewelry..

►Can I transfer my Crystals and Gemstones? Yes you can transfer your Crystals and Gemstones, but only to the same species as yourself.

►Can I transfer my jewelry? Yes, you can transfer the jewelry via the backpack, but only to the same species as yourself.


● Skill Gain All your skills start from 0.0% and can be increased till 100.0% by chiseling rocks to get crystals, cutting the crystals to make them gemstones, making jewelry out of ingots, and imbuing the gemstones into the jewelry to get their added bonus. Your skills will be increasing by 0.1% every time you gain a skill point. There is a 1/10 chance to gain 0.2% skill points. Even if you fail, you still have a chance to gain skill points.

Chiseling rocks for crystals count towards your Chiseling Skill. Cutting the crystals into gemstones counts towards your Gemcutting Skill. Crafting the jewelry counts towards your Jewelcrafting Skill.

Imbuing the Gemstone into the Jewelry has no relation to any skill. Imbuing a Gemstone into a Jewelry will NEVER fail.

Gain 0.1% Skill or chance to gain 0.2% Skill. You can gain crystals but not gain skill points.


BACKPACK HUD

►This updated Backpack HUD works the same as the older Backpack HUD. The main differences is as follows:

   - Backpack is now Copyable
       - When you get a new copy of the Backpack HUD from the kiosk you can now make copies in your inventory so if there are any issues while you are fighting ot etc you can easily replace it with a copy from your inventory.
   - On the "Skills" page next to each skill is a button if you click this button and are next to the appropriate device it will begin the skill.
       - For example, I have Mining set to my quick bar at the bottom and I need to go make a piece of armor quickly and will return to Mining. So instead of switching Mining for Blacksmithing on the quick bar I can simply click the button next to blacksmithing when I am near an anvil to begin making armor. 
   - The addition of Chiseling, Gemcutting & Jewelcrafting buttons and percentages.
           1) Chiseling button:
               - When you have your "Core Object" attached to your avatar and are at the Crystal Spawn to get crystals you may press this button.
               - It will automatically begin chiseling the Crystals from the Crystal Spawn (make sure that you are within 3 meters of the Crystal Spawn and facing it)
           2) Gemcutting button:
               - When you sitting at the Gemcutting Table you may click this button to get the menu.
               - It will pop up a menu and you simply just need to follow the menu and begin cutting the crystals into gemstones.
           2) Jewelcrafting button:
               - When you sitting at the Jewelcrafting Table you may click this button to get the menu.
               - It will pop up a menu and you simply just need to follow the menu and crafting jewelry
   - When you go to the "Stats" Page there is an arrow along with a number if you click it a pop-out will appear and you can select 1st, 2nd. 3rd, or 4th (depending on your age and which attacks are open for you) you will be able to select one and it will display the min/max damage of that attack.
   - On the Stats Page if you click your achievements points it will open a pop-out  when you click on the pop-out it will load your personal achievements page. So you can see which achievements you have completed and which ones are in progress. You can also see the Overall TOP 20 players with the highest achievement points.
   - Interactive Menu on Stats Page of Backpack HUD
       - Click the "Interactive" Button
       - A pop-up menu will appear with Attack Logs, Loyalty Tree, Last Meditations, and Marketplace
       - If you click "Attack Logs" it will show you all of your recent attacks and etc.
       - If you click "Loyalty Tree" it will show you all the current members under you and their current healths and etc.
       - If you click "Last Meditations" it will show you your last 20 meditation sessions.
       - If you click "Marketplace" it will allow you to browse through the marketplace and see what items other players are selling without having to go to the kiosk on the sim to browse. If you want to buy items from the Marketplace you will have to go to the Marketplace kiosk on the sim. 
   - New Durability display: Instead of showing the durability as "100%" (which wasn't very visible), we have changed it to be displayed as "D100" with a clearer font 
   - There is now a repair button when you open up the item display menu. If you click this repair button while next to an anvil it will automatically begin to repair your armors If you are sitting on the Jewelcrafting Table you will be able to repair your jewelries. .
   - Armor and Jewelry Item IDs are now displayed at the bottom of the pop out menu that appears when you click to view the armor or jewelry.
   - New picture icons for jewelry, crystals, and gemstones.
   - 3 Potion Quickslots instead of 2 (You might have seen it in the backpack when we updated them when we introduced the stats system)
   - Added show/hide potion slots. When you open the backpack to see your inventory at the top near the word "Inventory" there is a yellow looking potion bottle you may toggle it on/off to show/hide your potion slots
   - New/added Backpack sounds
   - Updated Backpack Visuals such as on Skills Page, Stats Page, Equip Page, and minor graphical changes throughout the Backpack. 
   - Backend updates: Identifying items have been removed and replaced with a better method among other backend changes
   - Added 2 slots in inventory for seeing jewelry only and crystals/gemstones only. Also changed the graphic look of the Inventory Filters. 

CHISELING SKILL

Chisel (chiseling crystals) count towards your chiseling skill.

If you click the chiseling button on your backpack you will start chiseling. Simply go in-front of a crystal spawn within 3 meters (make sure you are facing the spawn) and click the chiseling button on the Backpack HUD and you will automatically start mining.

The chiseling times will be randomized. It can be anywhere from 5 seconds to 15 seconds.

0% - Citrine or no crystals 50% - Ruby, Citrine , or no crystals 80% - Onyx, Ruby, Citrine, or no crystals 90% - Diamond, Onyx, Ruby, Citrine, or no crystals


GEMCUTTING SKILL Attempting to cut crystals into gemstones will increase your gemcutting skill.

When attempting to cut crystals into gemstones you can get flawed, normal, or perfect gemstones. Flawed being the worst and Perfect being the best. Perfect gemstones gives you more bonus addition of the gemstone than normal or flawed.

1 Crystal = 1 Gemstone (if it doesn't shatter)

0% - Flawed Citrine Gemstones or no Gemstones 40% - Flawed Ruby, Flawed Citrine, or no Gemstones 70% - Normal Ruby/Citrine Gemstones, Flawed Ruby/Citrine Gemstones, or no Gemstones 80% - Normal Onyx/Ruby/Citrine Gemstones, Flawed Onyx/Ruby/Citrine Gemstones, or no Gemstones 90% - Perfect Citrine Gemstones, Normal Onyx/Ruby/Citrine Gemstones, Flawed Onyx/Ruby/Citrine Gemstones, or no Gemstones 98% - Perfect Ruby/Citrine Gemstones, Normal Onyx/Ruby/Citrine, All Flawed Gemstones, or no Gemstones 100% - Perfect Diamond Gemstones, Perfect Onyx Gemstones, Perfect Ruby Gemstones, Perfect Citrine Gemstones, All Normal Gemstones, All Flawed Gemstones, or no Gemstones

NOTE: When you are using the Gemcutting Table you will only need to select the gemstone type you wish to make (Citrine, Ruby, Onyx, Diamond) depending on your skill percentage it will randomly make a flawed, normal, or perfect gemstone of that type.

For Example: - If you are at 0% it will only make flawed citrine or no gemstones, none of the other gemstone types will appear on the menu. - If you are at 100% you can pick any gemstone type and it will randomly make flawed, normal, or perfect depending on your luck.

Getting Perfect Diamond Gemstones and Perfect Onyx Gemstones are the RAREST, while getting the perfect gemstones of Citrine and Ruby are relatively easier, though keep in mind getting any Perfect Gemstone is still quite rare.

The power of the gemstones fade over time and the gemstone will disappear. Therefore, the gemstones will have a timer once you imbue it within a jewelry. When the timer is finished the gemstone will break and will disappear.

    • NOTE: The timer will not start unless imbued within a jewelry (ring, bracelet, pendant)

► Gemstone Durability Timer before being destroyed

    • There is a gauge that appears next to the gemstones once you imbue them into a jewelry. The gauge will start full and once it is empty the gemstone will break. This is there so visually you have an idea on when your gemstones will break.

Citrine - Increases chance to cut better quality gemstones (Flawed < Normal < Perfect) Ruby - Increases the effect of heal potions (Flawed < Normal < Perfect) Onyx - Increases mana regeneration rate (Flawed < Normal < Perfect) Diamond - Increases max damage (Flawed < Normal < Perfect)


JEWELCRAFTING SKILL Attempting to craft jewelry such as rings, bracelets, and pendants will increase your jewelcrafting skill.

You will need ingots from metals in order to craft jewelries. NOTE: When you craft a jewelry they will be empty, meaning they will not have any gemstones in them.

        • All jewelry come with 1 socket for gemstones but have a RARE chance to get 2 sockets within your jewelry. ****

► Jewelry Repair Cost

To repair your Jewelries you must sit on the Jewelcrafting Table and open your Backpack to the jewelry you want to repair. Click the repair button on the item details menu and the jewelry will be repaired as long as you have enough ingots to repair it. DO NOT get up from the jewelcrafting table until the repair is complete or the repair will fail.

► Jewelry Bonuses You will see the added bonus after you take the jewelry out of the item delivery kiosk. you can also click on the jewelry in your backpack inventory and it will tell you the bonus on the jewelry.

      • NOTE: These bonuses won't take effect unless the jewelry is imbued with a gemstone and you also have the jewelry equipped ***

Iron, Copper, Valorite:

   a. Adds between 5-10 Armor Points
   b. Slightly increases Mining success rate
   c. Adds +1 or +2 Strength (RARE)
   

Mythril:

   a. Adds between 10-20 Armor Points
   b. Moderately increases Lumberjacking success rate
   c. Slightly increases the chance to gain Tairise Relics while Mining, Lumberjacking, and Chiseling (RARE)

Bloodrock:

   a. Increases heal potion effect
   b. Adds between 20-30 Armor Points
   c. Slightly increase the bonus chance trigger of 2nd attack (RARE)
   

Blackrock:

   a. Adds between 50-100 Armor Points
   b. Adds +2 or +4 Strength 
   c. Increases Land Dominion effect, therefore faster land taking. (RARE)
   

Lunarsteel:

   a. Adds between 100-200 Armor Points
   b. Moderately increases Magery success rate
   c. Decreases mana cost of Flame Strike Spell (RARE)
   d. Slightly increases chance to gain stat points while Mining, Lumberjacking, and Chiseling (RAREST)

● Imbuing Gemstones into Jewelry In order to imbue a gemstone in a jewelry follow the following steps:

   1. Find the Jewelry in your backpack that you want to imbue a gemstone into.
   2. Click the Jewelry to open its item details window
   3. At the bottom of the window you will see a socket (directly under the item ID)
   4. Click the empty socket
   5. Once the empty socket is clicked it will bring your backpack to your gemstones page and highlight in yellow
   6. Click on the gemstone that you wish to imbue in the socket. (You may use the arrows to scroll through your gemstones pages if necessary)
   7. Once you click on the gemstone for the socket it will place that gemstone in the socket. you will then get the bonus effect of that particular gemstone.
   8. Once the gemstone is imbued the timer count will start for that gemstone until it breaks and disappears. (1 week for flawed, 2 weeks for normals, 1 month for perfect ruby/citrine, and 2 months for perfect diamond/onyx)

● Removing/Breaking Gemstone from Jewelry If you wish to remove a gemstone from your jewelry follow the following steps:

   1.Open your backpack and click on the jewelry that contains the gemstone you wish to remove
   2. Click the jewelry to open the item details menu
   3. Click and hold on the socket that contains the gemstone for about 3-5 seconds
   4. A red "X" will appear under the socket keep your left mouse button held and slide your mouse to the "X" and then release the mouse button over the "X"
   5. The gemstone within the jewelry will now be destroyed.

● Item Delivery Kiosk

In order to collect your jewelry that you have successfully crafted you will need to go to the "Item Delivery Kiosk" (It looks like a treasure chest). You will click the chest and a menu will pop up. The menu will show you all the armors & weapons and Jewelry that you have successfully crafter. You can select the "Accessories" button on the menu to only see the jewelries..

BackStory of Tairise Relics

In the eternity of the cosmos, the building blocks of all things created by the Light dance their swirling chaotic gavotte from every corner of creation to every other. Worlds are created.... worlds destroyed... particles and atoms of the mightiest star cast themselves in their death throes to the far flung parts of the universe to begin life anew as another incarnation of being. This has always been so since the First Days. One of these constituent parts of the magnificence of creation, however, was the first to be "treasured" by the immortals and prized as a token to show meaning amongst the angelic choirs and the hordes of hell. These are the pieces of the first Great Star, and from these pieces are the Tairise Relics made.
It is not recorded when the first Great Star, known as Zigeus, exploded. At this point in the creation time was.... not as it is now. Indeed it remains an inconsequential matter of "when" to the immortals, as for them time means truly nothing. This perhaps is reflected in the fact that they had the "time", when they noticed the dust of this star as a new presence in the cosmos, to collect up every particle of it and compress it into tokens. Some say that the instruction to do so was given by The Light itself, and if true then the mystery and power of this star-dust truly is to be feared and held in awe. The angels, naturally, wrought from it exquisite pieces of adornment and awarded those they deemed most "worthy" with these delicate relics to reflect their deeds. The demons similarly took to fashioning medals in dark and macabre forms worn with great sinful pride to lord over their peers their dominance in actions....
The only thing which linked the nature of these artifacts was the name given to them.... from the language of the Most High - "Tairise Relics".
Still to this day the immortals cherish them as reward of their great or despicable acts.... and those whose wings bristle with them are the stuff of legend.....

Relics are untradeable.

      • Note: More ways to earn relics and also items you can exchange for relics will be added later on.***

How will they be earned?

► Participating in official battles (2 relics each battle you participate in)
► For participating in Ranks. Every Rank you obtain you will also get Relics
 Task A: 1 relic
 Task B: 2 relics
 Task C: 3 relics
 Task D: 4 relics
 Task E: 5 relics 
 Task F: 6 relics 
 Task G: 20 relics 
► Reporting bugs that you may come across (must actually be a bug and not something made up) (10 relics per report)
► Become Legendary Artisan (20 Relics once)
► We will give relics to those that we see are doing things that we like or that makes us impressed. For example if you do a RP in front of us for the tasks and we :enjoy it greatly or if you impress us in the tournaments and etc. (amount of relics depends)
► In hunts you will have a chance to find these relics
► Rare chance to find relics from mining on the rock and also from lumberjacking.
► Doing good lengthy role-plays in the main A&D Group (must provide chat logs or witnessed by the Sators).(amount of relics depends)
► Completing daily tasks that the Sators might give out in the main A&D Group.

We are proud to announce the release of the Relations & Eternal Vow Sub-system. With this new system you will be able to have relations with other players. You can increase your relation to 100% by working on skills together or fighting together. If you and another player have each other at 100% on the relations you will then be able to pledge an eternal vow to them and become partners within the system. Becoming partners with someone will bring many bonuses to you both when you are together. You can see your relations progress on the Website (Left side: The hand shaking icon) and also on the Backpack HUD.

    • Soon we will offer Eternal Vow Ceremonies on the A&D Sim. You can find more information on it further in the NC.

BACKPACK HUD

►This updated Backpack HUD works the same as the older Backpack HUD. The main differences are as follows:

   - Added a 'Relations' button in the Stats Page under Interactive. 
       - Here you can see all your relations and there percentages.
   - Once you pledge an Eternal Vow a heart pops up on your backpack when your partner is near (within 20 meters) 􀀂
   - Added a 'Miscellaneous' Button under Interactive (for future use) WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT CLICK THIS BUTTON.
   - Minor back-end updates

● Relations When you are within 20 meters of another player working on professions or fighting with them your relations with them will increase.

You will see 2 bars on the relations page the top bar is your progress with that person. The bottom bar is their progress with you.

        • Each person has their own relation progress with others. Other people's activities will not have any effect on the progress you have with them.

For Example: The Prime Evil has a relation with the Empyrean Reaper on his relations list. His progress with her is at 100% because he worked on many skills next to her. BUT the Empyrean Reaper only has progress for him at 25% because she hasn't been working much on skills or fighting next to him ****

NOTE: If you wish to remove the progress of someone from your relations you can open your backpack hud go to the relations tab or on the website, under every player on the list is a red x. When you click the red x it will ask you if you wish to remove them when you confirm it will remove their name and the progress. If you work within 20 meters of them again their name will pop-up but you can remove them again if you wish.

►Things that increase relations: (When within 20 meters of another player)

    - Herbalism
    - Alchemy
    - Mining
    - Smelting
    - Blacksmithing
    - Lumberjacking
    - Making Parchment
    - Inscription
    - Magery
    - Chiseling
    - Gemcutting
    - Jewelcrafting
    - Fighting

► Once you do one of the above things next to another player their name will appear under your relations tab. It will tell you:

   - Last Seen: Meaning the last time you worked on professions or fought next to them
   - Horde/Choir: It will tell you which Horde/Choir they belong to.
   - If you click on the the tab with their name a menu will pop up giving you a general overview of what you have done with that player.
       - Last Activity: The same as last seen
       - Last Activity Together: What you last worked on next to that person.
       - First Met: The first time you worked or fought next to that person and also the sim. 
       - Activities Together: It will list all the possible activities and how many times you worked on each and also the percentage effect relative to everything on the list.

► Relations Percentages & Titles

    - 0%: Just Met
    - 16%: Familiar
    - 33%: Somewhat Known
    - 50%: Known
    - 66%: Well Known
    - 83%: Friend
    - 100%: Best Friend
   ** You will not gain any progress in your relations if the person you are trying to increase your relation with is Faded/Banished, Invulnerable, or in Resting/Cryonics AKA not vibrant/materialized.
   

Relations give no bonuses. Bonuses come once you pledge an Eternal Vow.


● Eternal Vow You will see 2 bars on the relations page the top bar is your progress with that person. The bottom bar is their progress with you. When both you and someone both have each other at 100% in Relations you can pledge an Eternal Vow and become partners.

    • You can partner with the opposing species and same gender as well if you wish as long as you both have each other at 100% on relations.
    • You can only partner to one person.
    • Soon we will offer Eternal Vow Ceremonies on the A&D Sim. How it will work essentially is once you and your partner to be both have each other at 100% in relations you can request via a Support Ticket to have an official Ceremony on the A&D Sim, picking the date and time for the ceremony. you can request that the Sators act as your minister (or whatever you want to call the person that officiates wedding type ceremonies) or maybe we will get other members that would be interested in officiating requested Formal Ceremonies.

Note that for ceremonies we will make a wedding type venue for your ceremony on the A&D Sim as well as have someone to take photos for you to put in your memory book.

Also note that you cannot request an Eternal Vow Ceremony if you have partnered. Meaning if you want a ceremony you should not get partnered yet as during the ceremony you will both pledge an Eternal Vow to one another and you will not be able to do it if you partnered with the kiosk on your own**

There will be a kiosk in the Hangout Area that you will both click and confirm the partnership. Once you both agree you will become partners. It will then show on your scan like this:

   1. You click the kiosk
   2. Your partner to be clicks the kiosk
   3. A menu will pop up a sking if you accept the partnership. Press "YES"

Once you are partnered you will start at 10% Partnership. As you level up your partnership you will unlock bonuses.

NOTE: You will both need to work on professions or fight next to each other to level up the partnership. Each person will level it up individually. Therefore one partner can be at 30% on the partnership and the other could be at 60%.

► Eternal Vow Bonuses These Bonuses only become active when you are together with your partner (within 20 meters) and if you both INDIVIDUALLY reach/pass these percentages in your partnership.

 - 10%: Increased Brightness/Blood Gain when feeding
 - 30%: Increased chance to gain relics
 - 60%:  A slight chance to gain 2 resources instead of 1 in Mining, Lumberjacking, and Chiseling
 - 90%: Increase Armor points by 300
 - 100%: Damage reduction to Flame Strike Spells by 20-30%

NOTE: The Bonuses are added together as you move up in percentages. So for example once your relationship is at 100% you will have ALL 5 bonuses when within 20 meters of your partner.

    • NOTE: You will not get any bonuses when next to your partner if either of you are Faded/Banished, Invulnerable, or in Resting/Cryonics. Only if you both are vibrant/materialized you will get bonuses **

► Dissolving the Eternal Vow You will go to a kiosk that says "Dissolve Partnership" and confirm to dissolve your partnership.

Once you dissolve the partnership all progress you made with that person will be deleted and the progress that your partner had with you will also be deleted. You will no longer get bonuses when next to that person nor will they get any bonus either. It will be as if you never met.

EC A&D - Karma & Fame Table.png

The Karma & Fame reputation system will be visible through your scans. Karma & Fame are 2 separate points that effects your reputation. When the 2 points (Karma & Fame) intersect it decides the title that your scan will show. This will be explained more in depth further along in the NC.

The Karma & Fame system will be a representation of how "good" of an Angel or Demon you are being.

    • NOTE: If you are on the right path of your species your title will show a plus. If you are on the wrong path of your species you will have a negative next to your title.**

●What is Karma?

► Karma represents how good or bad you are. Angels will strive to have positive Karma while demons will strive to have negative Karma.

► Every hit that you deal will slightly effect your karma, while fading/banishing someone will greatly effect your karma.

   -If an Angel attacks another Angel they will gain negative karma, which is not something that an Angel should want (not a good thing) and will also make you a Criminal. On the other hand if a Demon attacks an Angel they will gain negative karma as well but Demons will strive to get negative Karma which is a good thing for them. 
   -If a Demon attacks another Demon they will gain positive karma, which is not something that a Demon should want (not a good thing) and will also make you a Criminal. On the other hand if a Angel attacks a Demon they will gain positive karma as well but Angels will strive to get positive Karma which is a good thing for them. 
   - Attacking a member that is 1-5 days old in the system will make you lose Karma and also make you a Criminal. If the 1-5 days old member attacks someone they will also have the same consequences to keep them from abusing it and attacking older members and getting away with it because they older member cannot attack them back.
    • NOTE: ıf the 1-5 day old is a Criminal you can attack them with no consequence. Same goes for if the older member is Criminal the 1-5 day old can attack them with no consequences.

If you are a Criminal your same species can now attack you and gain karma for attacking you.

●What is Fame?

► Fame represents how "good of a good you are" or how "bad of a bad you are." Basically the more good you are the better titles you will have that will show you are extremely good and vice versa for being bad. In other word becoming more "famous" from your acts.

► Fame only changes when you have faded/banished someone. Fame either stays the same or increases.

If you are a Criminal your same species can now attack you and gain Fame for killing you.

Entropy for Demons
Extropy for Angels
HOW IT WORKS:
a) You can find your Entropy(Demons) or Extropy(Angels) percentages on your scans. - Daily Erg/Essence Gain: Depending on how many active(not banished or faded) direct minions you have your daily Erg/Essence gain will increase. Normally you gain 0.20 Erg/Essence every day but now you will get 0.01 bonus for each active direct minions you have. - Effect on Damage: Lets say you are a Demon with 4 direct minions and their names are A, B, C and D.
    Total Blood = A.current blood + B.current blood + C.current blood + D.current blood
    Total Max Blood = A.max blood + B.max blood + C.max blood + D.max blood
    So: (Total Blood / Total Max Blood) * 100 = Your Entropy percentage.

Same calculation with Total Brightness and Total Max Brightness to calculate Angel Extropy percentage.

Depending on your Entrophy percentage you will gain an amount of bonus to your damages. If your minions are not feeding often and keeping their Blood/Brightness levels low then your Entrophy percentage will drop. That means the bonus you will get will drop as well but you will still have the bonus unless all your minions are banished or faded.

With this system you won't lose anything but gain an amount of bonus for taking care of your minions.

To make it fair, if you have less than 3 minions, your Entrophy percentage will stay at 0% and you won't gain any bonus.

Also since keeping track of lots of minions will be hard you will gain a little bit of bonus on your damage for each active direct minions you have.

►How does the Horde / Choir Leveling Sub-System work?
It is a Sub-System that lets you level up your Horde or Choir by gaining experience points for your Horde/Choir. As your Horde/Choir level up ALL the members of that Horde/Choir will gain certain bonuses.
The Armor bonus can be seen on the Horde/Choir members' scans next to the Armor point.
Like; Horde Bonus: (HB:+200) Choir Bonus: (CB:+200)
The Level of your Horde/Choir can be seen on scans as "Horde: (Lv.2) HORDE NAME" or "Choir: (Lv.2) CHOIR NAME"
Also if you click "Horde" or "Choir" buttons on the HUD Settings menu (diamond indicator on the HUD) you will get the general information about the Horde or the Choir you are in including the experience points and the Level.
►How can I contribute to leveling my Horde/Choir?
There are two ways to level up your Horde or Choir:
1) You can get your Horde/Choir gain experience by fading/banishing(killing) someone from the opposite species. (Between 500 and 1000 experience)
Fading/banishing same species or fading/banishing the same person over and over will not give your Horde/Choir any experience. WARNING: Trying or Succeeding on cheating by fading/banishing alts in order to gain experience for your Horde/Choir is not allowed. If you think that someone is cheating, report it to an Arch immediately.
2) You can donate resources (Only Ingots and Reagents) by the Resources Donation Kiosk in Heaven and Hell. (Experience gain depends on what type of Ingot or Reagent you donate.)
   Iron Ingot = Amount Donated x5 (experience added)
   Copper Ingot = Amount Donated x7 (experience added)
   Valorite Ingot = Amount Donated x9 (experience added)
   Mythril Ingot = Amount Donated x11 (experience added)
   Bloodrock Ingot = Amount Donated x12 (experience added)
   Blackrock Ingot = Amount Donated x15 (experience added)
   Lunarsteel Ingot = Amount Donated x30 (experience added)

   Mandrake Root = Amount Donated x5 (experience added)
   Nightshade = Amount Donated x7 (experience added)
   Bloodmoss = Amount Donated x10 (experience added)

   Logs = Amount Donated x5 (experience added)

   Essence/Erg = Amount Donated x50 (experience added)

   Flawed Citrine Gemstones = Amount Donated x10 (experience added)
   Flawed Ruby Gemstones = Amount Donated x13 (experience added)
   Flawed Onyx Gemstones = Amount Donated x15 (experience added)
   Flawed Diamond Gemstones = Amount Donated x20 (experience added)

   Raid Boss = Every time you kill the Raid Boss it gives you a random amount experience to your Horde/Choir. 
       - Easy = 5 - 10 (experience added for each member in the Raid Party)
       - Normal = 30 - 50 (experience added for each member in the Raid Party) 
       - Hard = 500 - 1000 (experience added for each member in the Raid Party)
       - Heroic = 1000 - 3000 (experience added for each member in the Raid Party)
    
    *Note: Members of the same Raid Party will all get the same experience added into their Horde*
    [We might do changes depending on how it goes for each member in the Raid Party]

►What are the bonuses for each level?
There is the chart below that shows the bonuses for each level and the experience range for the levels:
   Level 1 - (0 - 10000)<br>
   Level 2 - (10000) - 50000) = +100 Armor
   Level 3 - (50000) - 100000) = +2% Damage
   Level 4 - (100000) - 200000) = +150 Armor
   Level 5 - (200000) - 400000) = +5% Damage
   Level 6 - (400000) - 1000000) = +200 Armor
   Level 7 - (1000000 - ~) = +1 Max Heal Potion Limit
   Level 8 - (1800000 - 2800000) = Slightly Increased Brightness/Blood Gain when feeding
   Level 9 - (2800000 - ) = +2 Mana Potions Limit and +5% Damage to the Raid Boss(es) [NPCs]
The bonuses don't override each other. Once your Horde/Choir passes a level the next level's bonuses will be added to the previous ones. So a Level 5 Horde/Choir would have +250 Armor and 7% Damage bonus.
    • Each Horde/Choir will lose 500 experience points every midnight.
  • Note that the experience ranges and the bonuses can be changed and adjusted by the Sators when necessary.
In the future there will be more ways to increase your Horde/Choir experience.

There are a total of 8 ranks. In order to move up the ranks one must complete tasks that are RP based. Please turn in all items that require you to turn them in to Sator Tasha (tashaelove)

      • NOTE: You must do the tasks in order. Meaning you must start with Task A: Call to adventure and so forth. You cannot do a task unless you are at the correct rank to complete the task.***
Everyone begins at Rank 8. The ranks are as follows: Ӂ Angels 1). Seraphim (Highest Rank) 2). Cherubim 3). Ophanim 4). Hashmallim 5). Tarshishim 6). Power 7). Principality 8).     The Return Threshold - Complete to move to Rank 3
    The Meeting with the Powerful  - Complete to move to Rank 2

Task A - "The Call to Adventure" - Write a Character Card that explains the RP of your character as an Angel or Demon. Label the NC your username, species and task letter. Send the NC to any of the Archs.

Task B - "The Road of Trials" - Take part in an Angel and Demon RP session in A&D group chat. Label the Nc your username, species and task letter. Send the transcript of the RP session to any of the Archs.

Task C - "The Prize" - Retrieve the prizes from at-least 4 of the 7 Archs and turn them into Sator Tasha (tashaelove) once you have attained all 4. Note that the Archs might have you complete a specific RP task in order for them to give you the prize or you might have to trick the Arch of the opposite species to hand over their prize. Place the items in a folder and label the folder with your username and species.

Task D - "The Show of Commitment" - "The Show of Commitment" - Prove commitment to building the Armies of Heaven/Hell. Simply RP atleast 3 transcending/descending ceremonies with the Sators present. (If the Sators cannot be present simply put the entire local chat of the transcending in a NC) If you turn in this task and there is no rp I will not rank you and you will have to do the task over again. Make sure that you do a proper role-play when you transcend/descend a mortal. Even if the mortal doesn't role-play back with you that is fine as I am not judging their role-playing abilities but yours. I will stress this again this Task MUST BE role-played out properly. Do not simply say "Welcome to Hell, I will descend you now" or etc.

Task E - "The Return Threshold" - Inworld object placed in receptacle by appropriately ranked player. A scripted item that will accept one try per day and have a chance of success, or damage the player slightly for being "unready". After you have successfully passed the threshold you will need to write a role-play scenario of how you managed to receive the gift from the threshold. This will require you to be creative and come up with a made up role-play of passing the threshold.

Task F - "The Meeting with the Powerful" - After you have successfully passed the return threshold you may now meet with the Prime Evil (Demons) and the Empyrean Celestial (Angels) and also any online and available Arch of your species type. There you will participate in a RP requesting that they increase you in rank. If they deem you are worthy of the next rank you will then be leveled up.

Task G - "The Ultimate Boon" - All the previous steps serve to prepare and purify the person for this step. Participate in a duel with the Prime Evil (Demons) or the Empyrean Celestial (Angels) to test your might and to prove that you are ready to rise. In order to complete this task you will have to get the Prime Evil (Demons) or Empyrean Celestial (Angels) below 50% of their health. If you success you will receive the ultimate boon and you will then be ready for your rising.

"The Ceremony of Rising" - Formal ceremony held inworld once per month where all those who have completed Task G are Ranked Up to Rank 1.

we have expanded the Achievement Points System and added some rewards. We have also added many new achievements for you to complete along with the ones that were already there for completing Rank Tasks and reaching Grandmaster on professions. There is also a TOP 20 added which I will talk more about below. You can view all your completed achievement and also the ones in progress that have checkpoints on your ”Character” and clicking Achievement Points on the website.         • There is also a TOP 20 on the website that shows the top 20 players with the highest Achievement Points. You can see this on the left hand side of the website, near where you see the Gallery Tab and Online members and etc. Also on the Top 20 Page it will show you what your current rank is within the entire system so that you have an idea of where you are in Achievement Points in correlation to other players. ****

The Stats System is a new addition to Fighting aspect of Eternal Conflict: Angels & Demons. Everyone was reset to 1000 Health due to switching to the Stats System. It you wish to increase it you will need to increase .Vitality. (Explained in more detail below) With this system you will be able to configure your character depending on your fighting style. -There are 5 attributes (Strength, Accuracy, Vitality, Intelligence, Spell Power) that you can use to customize your character's fighting abilities.

    - You will need to use Stats Points (SP) to increase these attributes.
    - You will gain 1 Stats Point every midnight as you age until you reach the max of 800. After 800 stat points you will no longer gain stat points. 
    - You will have a RARE chance to find Stats Points when you are Mining, Lumberjacking, or Chiseling.
    - If you are Banished/Faded during age trigger at Midnight SLT you will not gain any SP.. Therefore you only gain SP when you age (If you are in aging Cryonics/Resting you will still gain SP)

As standard there is a minimum and a maximum damage you can deal to your enemy. With every strike you will deal a random number of damage between your min and max damage points.

    ▫ STRENGTH: Strength attribute will increase the maximum damage you can deal to your opponent. (Cap: 100)
    ▫ ACCURACY: Accuracy closes the gap between your minimum and maximum damage for you to hit more accurately. (Cap: 200)
    ▫ VITALITY: Each point you spend to increase your Vitality will increase your maximum blood/brightness by 3. (Cap: 500)
    ▫ INTELLIGENCE: Intelligence attribute will increase you spell shield (decreases the damage you take from spells) and also effect how your protective spells work by increasing their duration time. (Cap: 175)
    ▫ SPELL POWER: Spell Power attribute will increase the damage of your attack spells and how they work. (Cap: 175)

   You can see your Stats Points right below your profile picture on Stats Window of your Backpack HUD.

▪How to increase your stats:

   Next to every Stat attribute there are one down and one up arrow buttons. If you click on Up arrow it will increase that stat and the numbers will turn to yellow which means the changes you have made are not saved yet. Down arrow will only work if you have temporarily increased that stat attribute. You cannot decrease your stats after you save them.

▪How to save your stats:

   If you made temporary changes on your Stats you will see a "save" button appear on the bottom right side of your profile picture on the Stats Window. If you click that button your stats will be saved. Make sure you made the right changes before you save or you won't be able to get your stat points back unless you buy a Stats Reset Capsule which will reset all your stats to 0 and give all your Stats Points back.

        - You can see your current achievement points.
        - You can see the minimum and maximum damage of your attacks.
        - You can see your current armor points.
        - You can see your current Spell Shield points.

We are proud to announce the release of a new addition into the Eternal Conflict System, the Artifact Raid Boss. This boss is an instanced AI boss that up to 5 players can enter into a party and attempt to defeat and obtain various rewards. Before officially releasing it we will do an Open BETA test of the boss to see if anything needs to be adjusted and so forth. In the open beta the boss will drop a Reward Box that will contain random various rewards, though during the beta the unique drops (items that are not currently in the system) will not be added to the reward box. Those unique drops will be added into the chance of the boxes after the beta is complete. Only one party can enter the Boss Raid at a time. In the future we will add other Raid bosses.

      • NOTE: You might find issues, if you do make sure to report them to us via a Support Ticket so that we can fix them. Remember this is a beta test to see if there are any potential bugs or things we need to adjust.***

RULES: Depending on how the beta goes we might add more rules to the Raids but as for now we do not plan to add any more.

● How to enter the Raid?

  • Make sure you have the updated Party HUD v2.0.1b before you try to enter the raid*

1. Make a party of up to 5 players of your same species with the Party Hud. (You cannot go to the Raid Boss by yourself, 2-5 party members)

       - If your Party HUD doesn't update when you join a party you simply need to detach and reattach it for it to update itself.

2. The party leader along with the party must go to the Raid Stone. The party leader must then start the Raid called "The Artifact" and then select the difficulty that you want the boss to be for your party.

  • If you see the following message it means that there is a party already in the Raid: [06:08] EC:A&D - Raid Stone: No raids currently available.*

3. Once the raid is started all party members must accept the experience that pops up and then enter into the portal that appears (or click on the portal) to be teleported to the location of the Raid Boss.

4. Once all party members have entered the Boss location they must all walk up the the gate on the bridge. The party leader will have to enter up the stairs of the bridge into the closed door where they will see another Raid Stone. They must click the Raid Stone and activate the Raid.

  • NOTE: Your party will have 5 Minutes time from when they start the Raid on the A&D Sim to when they activate the raid on the boss sim or the Raid will cancel and all party members will be teleported out of the Boss sim*

5. Once the party leader activates the boss all party members can go through the gate to the Boss and begin to try to defeat the Artifact, The boss will attack the party members at random.

  • NOTE: The party will have 1 hour to defeat the boss, If the boss isn't defeated before 1 hour the party will fail and be teleported from the instance*
  • NOTE: If all party members die the instance will fail and all party members will be teleported from the instance*
    • NOTE: If a party member dies they should stay in the region so that they will get the rewards if the party defeats the Boss. If you leave the region you will not get any rewards if your party defeats the boss**
  • If the party leader leaves the region of the Raid Boss the lead will be changed to someone else in the party.*
    • NOTE: When the boss gets below half health it will enter an invulnerable state where no attacks will effect or do damage to it. In order to remove the invulnerability from the boss the party must disable the 2 obelisks near where the boss is located. **
  ► How to disable the obelisks?
       - A party member must go next to the obelisk and click on it, a timer will begin to count down.
       - If the member is attacked by the boss when the timer is counting down it will be interrupted and they will need to re-click the obelisk.
       - Both obelisks must be successfully disabled for the boss the leave the invulnerable state

6. If the party successfully defeats the boss they will see this message

   [04:37] EC:A&D - The Artifact Boss Box v3: Congratulations! You have successfully defeated The Artifact! Party members have been rewarded. (You can refresh your Backpack to see the reward)

The instance will close in 2 minutes.

  • Once you refresh your backpack and get the reward chest you can click on it, press "use" and you will get a random amount of various rewards. The rewards and amounts will be vary every time you manage to defeat the boss*
